Help Center

ToolsInFlow is a free browser toolkit for everyday PDF and image jobs plus typing practice. This page explains how the tools work, what to expect when you download a file, and where to find deeper guides.

How ToolsInFlow tools work

Most tools open in your browser, accept a file or start a test, show a preview, then let you download a result or read a score. You do not need an account. For image and many PDF jobs, processing is designed to stay on your device so your file is not stored in a permanent gallery on our servers.

That design has limits. Very large files can be slower on older phones. Some PDF features depend on what the source file contains (text vs scanned images). Preview exists so you can check the result before you send it to someone else.

Privacy and files

We built ToolsInFlow for people who do not want to upload private paperwork to unknown servers for a one-minute job. Local processing helps, but you are still responsible for only editing files you own or have permission to change. Advertising partners may use cookies when ads are enabled—details are in the Privacy Policy.

Troubleshooting checklist

  1. Refresh the page and try again in Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari.
  2. If a download looks wrong, open the preview first and confirm page order, crop, or field placement.
  3. For PDFs that will not accept typing, the file may be flat. Use the PDF Form Creator to add real fields.
  4. For huge phone photos, resize or compress before converting formats.
  5. Keep your original file until you confirm the download opens correctly.

Content and quality standards

Our blog guides are written for real tasks: fillable PDFs, compression, formats, merge workflows, typing practice, and safer browser tools. Each guide should explain when to use a method, when not to, and how to check the result. Tools and articles are linked both ways so you can move from reading to doing without hunting.

If something is unclear or broken, email contact@toolsinflow.com with the tool name, browser, and what you expected versus what happened. See also About and Contact.
